You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels attached.

4. How to Initiate a Return and Refund Request
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:

Provide Order Details: In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Please also indicate which item(s) you wish to return.
Return Instructions: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). This may include a return address and any specific return authorization details.
5. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. Rejected Refunds: If your refund is rejected because the item(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to explain the reason for rejection and arrange for the item(s) to be returned to you at your expense.
7. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
